I have read the abstract. I am not an expert in stellar structure
at all -- my expertise lies in observational astronomy and in the
analysis of measurements. Since this paper discusses numerical techniques
to model stellar interiors, I would not be able to review it competently.

In order to find a competent reviewer, I would do the following:

      a) go to the ADS web site

      b) paste into the "Abstract Words" box a sample of the text
from Prof. Muthsam's abstract. I used the words

                 stellar interior convection numerical
                 techniques semiconvection

      c) press the "Send Query" button

      d) examine the list of returned papers for titles which seem
             appropriate.

I found the following papers:

     http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1999ApJ...524..311C
     http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2004AAS...204.0702D
     http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2003ApJ...595.1114Y
     http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2001ApJ...558..377R
     http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1996A%26A...313..159D
     http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1995ApJ...444..318M
     http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1987ApJ...313..699C

from which I can pick out a list of several possible reviewers:

        V. M. Canuto Dept of Applied Physics, Columbia University
        S. E. Woosley woosley@ucolick.org
        P. A. Young Steward Observatory, University of Arizona
        K. A. Knierman Steward Observatory, University of Arizona
        J. R. Rigby Steward Observatory, University of Arizona
        D. Arnett Steward Observatory, University of Arizona

Perhaps you could contact one of these astronomers.

  Good luck.
