I am getting ready to reprocess all the -88 data.  The pipeline is
almost working after a lot of help from Michael Richmond.

I am planning to process a day at a time.  The plan is to name these
files tn_DDDD  Where n is the telescope number, tom1, tom2, tom3; and
DDDD is 4 digits of the Julian day.  This will give us 1000+ files.  For
the files that don't have to be reprocessed, I will sort the existing
data into this format.

Any opinions as to a better way?
