New RA Drive Motor

We plugged in the new RA drive motor today.  It appears to work great. 
The next step will be to mount it on tom1 and adjust the drive reate.

It has a lot of torque.  I expect that it will be able to run at 64x.  The
present motor must be run at 16x when cold.  So we will gain a factor of 4
in speed.  The motor also makes half the angular step of the old motor, so
we will gain a factor of two in resolution.  This might make the tracking
smoother.

Looks like a success to me!
