Version 0.4 of ensemble code now available

  I have made a few enhancements to the ensemble photometry
code: it is now easier to run it automatically on a large
set of measurements of stars at different times and quickly
pick out the possible variables.  You can find the code
and accompanying documentation at

Version 0.4 is the newest one.

  I made the improvements so that it would be easier to 
start running lots and lots of information from the Mark IV
database through the code via a relatively simple script.
I hope to start doing that soon.
