Mark IV data download broken

The "entire Mark IV datasets" link on the TASS page now produces a 403 
Forbidden error:

  http://crocus.physics.mcmaster.ca/TASSData/

Probably just a file permissions problem; it was working fine earlier 
this month.

The error page also reveals an unhealthy amount of info about the 
webserver to any hackers. This can be fixed by adding the following 
two lines to Apache's httpd.conf:

  ServerSignature Off
  ServerTokens ProductOnly
