Web Page Editor

Can anyone recommend a wysiwyg Web Page Creator?  I have been using
Microsoft Publisher because I am familiar with it.  However when I work
hard to make a nice format it comes out completely different on the web.

There is something that comes with Mandrake but it seems to be an html
editor and I don't really want to learn a new thing today.  Those of you
that have been following my progress will be pleased to learn that I used
Perl to format the mailing list I got from the Rolls club to use in the
web site I am setting up.

Eventually I want to put up interesting stars that come out of my
analysis.  Pretty slow at the moment since no mater what I do these days
the data gets worse.  Sigh!  Keeps me off the street.  Meanwhile I have a
thousand or so pictures of gorgeous Rolls-Royce cars to display.

I want something that I can cut and past pictures and text into a space
and then say "convert to HTML" and have it come out on the web page like
it looked when I was laying it out.  OK, people in hades want Ice Water,
but that is what I would like.
