One point one has to keep in mind when using NSVS data: one has to
check the "APINCOMPL" flag in the query form. Data with this flag set
is bad and usually way off, and should not be used (luckily, not every
star has data with this flag set). The value of "mask" (in the URL to
get at the data) will be 32020 instead of the default 32004.
