Michael,

This appears to be NSVS 9681731 (from the Northern Sky Variability
Survey). I wouldn't be too surprised if you are seeing an amplitude
and/or phase modulation in this star. However, many more nights of
data would be required to figure out the modulation - especially
given its pathological near-one-third day period!
