Tom,

You might concider siimply copying your data to a some directory
and making that directory available via FTP to others.  This is
easy to do and after you have it setup "publishing" data then
very easy for you, just drop it into the correct folder.

Security is a little bit of an issue but you have the same tools
at yur house as the big guys have and it can be set up pretty much
rock solid.  Again it's not hard to do.
