My suggestion: do what I did for the Mark III database:
add an option in the form to "include header". If the user
checks it, then you can place a header at the start of the
returned information. Otherwise, leave it as-is.

I tried it, but my guesses at reasonable RA/Dec ranges all failed
to return any data. Might you add some means for the user to see
what regions on the sky are included in the database?
