ROB is mostly running.

I just fixed the last known problem with ROB.  The Ic camera had low 
gain.  It was just a question of remembering that this camera did not have 
the latest gain fix.  Mostly now I recognize these problems as ones I have 
had before.  It is just a question of remembering what I did to fix 
them.  One problem is that I have stacks of cameras lying around.  Some are 
up to date and some are not.  So you cannot grab a camera and be sure it is 
a useful one for comparison.  In fact, most of the cameras on the bench 
need one fix or another.  All the good cameras are mounted on telescopes.

ROB still needs to be cleaned up.  It is a race between getting this done 
and a wedding ceremony for Dan.  What Dan does not get done in the way of 
prettying up the cabling and putting on the covers, Rob will get to do.

Next one on the production line is RICH?
