Yes and no.  Unless we store the center of the frame, the derived center
(ramin + ramax)/2, may not really be the center, but the difference may be
too small to worry about.

I would expect to have something collecting data within a few weeks or so,
then it's a matter of generating the graphs/forms and...  How long until we
have a server/software which can handle the entire database?  Until then,
this will work.  When the real dB does come online, what I implement can be
moved onto the new server and fit with the new dB.  Consider it parallel
development.
