Re: final section of TN 0085 is in place
Peter Stetson is compiling some standard stars, available at http://cadcwww.hia.nrc.ca/standards/ (click on stetson in the left frame). I glanced quickly and found 2 completed fields at +7 dec and 1 at +6 dec. Not sure if it's enough to do what you want though.
Also, TOM's exposures are in the fits as 100 seconds, not 60.
