As noted in an earlier post, I've already checked dss images and simbad
via aladin with nothing found.

Can't remember whether I checked vizier via aladin or directly though,
which are two quite different things (aladin vizier interface is select
one catalogue at a time, vizier vizier interface is search a whole lot
of catalogues at once, with the former you have to be aware of all
relevant catalogue keyword names else you miss things).
