Before anyone else comments on this: I TAKE THIS BACK! I have met a lot of 
great, helpful, patient, cool professional astronomers in the last few 
months that have given me great assistance. I offer a heartfelt apology 
and am sorry I was jaded by one asshole professional astronomer. ;)
