version of the pipeline requires version 0.5 of the "match"
program, which one can download from

Version 0.5 prints out some extra information about the quality
of a match in its "TRANS" structure.  The new version of the
pipeline expects that extra information to be there, and 
halts with an error if it isn't.

  I have not done a good job of keeping the various pieces
of the pipeline in sync with each other.  Rats.
