Tom,
I think that was a typo, and Michael meant to say that he was mistakenly
using the 3rd column(B mag) instead of the 4th column(V mag) in
tyc2_photom.dat. As the 1st column is actually column 0, this would
indeed mean changing astrom.mag from 2 to 3. Changing it to 4 would use
the I mags(column 5) instead.

Interestingly, I noticed while looking through the tyc2_photom.dat file
that there are 429 entries with RA & Dec of 0.0000 (ranging from 2nd to
11th magnitude). Not sure why they are there.
