Re: file naming

In the filter position, I would include B for bias frames, D for darks,
and a letter for each filters flats. This would enable simple selection
in processing by file name.

And to that end, move it the the 1st or 2nd char.

Plus adding a sequence number into the header so historic trends can
be tracked.
