Mystery of Gain of 2 Solved

MIKE has had a gain of 1/2 of that of TOM.  I stared at resistor bands 
until I could not see straight then I got a magnifier and stared at them 
some more.  Finally I noticed that Dan had put the damping network on the 
back of the board as a parallel 100 ohms and 100 pf instead of a series 
damper.  This loads down the 100 ohm source.  Sigh!  One more thing fixed.

My theory on the junk data problem is that something is getting wet when it 
gets humid late at night.  I guess that is why Arne does not see it.  It 
never gets to 100% in AZ.  I think the relative humidity is below 100% 
there even when it is raining?  I think this is possible.

OK, I can find things that get wet, and even things that cause problems 
when they get wet, but I cannot explain yet the junk data.
