Re: Newbie: observation request?
Aaron and all,
Last night out of 10 possible images of RR CrB, six look OK, two are
through thin clouds and may be salvageable, and two are completely
obscured. It does not look good for tonight.
Meanwhile, I am still working on various problems. One is the gain of
MIKE. I cannot see any different part, but the gain is off by a factor of
two. There is always the possibility of a mismarked part. But with a two
channel system, it takes two mismarked parts. A low probability.
