TN 76 finished (for now)

  I've finished typing in the content for Tech Note 76,
"Analysis of Repeated Fields on Disk 16".  The interesting
sections at the end, which show the scatter between repeated
measurements of the same stars, is now in place.

  I would like to add one more section: an analysis of the
effects of saturation for bright stars.  I suspect that the
scatter in I-band for the brightest stars is smaller than
the scatter in V-band for the brightest stars because the
I-band light is less well focused -- which means that the
photons are spread out over a larger number of pixels,
which in turn means that more can be gathered before
non-linearities ruin the measurements.  But I need to crank
through the numbers to be sure.
