With out -sa or the end address sw, it should test all of mem
except the first 2 MB. However, errors are 'sticky' if you get one
on a pass, the next run reports it as well, event if the error
is intermitent.

If you move the memory, you may have to power cycle the board
to reload the code from the SROM. If The board can Be IDd, then
we can get the correct FM. Bloody DEC, There is a PC146, PC164PC,
aka PC164SX, PC164LX, ..UX, ..RX! And the oddbod OEM ones!! ie 164VME
